Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Mizoram, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar from September 13th to 15th, overseeing the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for projects totaling an estimated ₹71,850 crore. In Aizawl, Mizoram, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects valued at over ₹9,000 crore, followed by a public address. In Manipur, the Prime Minister will initiate development projects worth over ₹7,300 crore in Churachandpur and address the gathering. Subsequently, he will inaugurate projects worth over ₹1,200 crore in Imphal and engage with the public. His itinerary also includes participating in the 100th birth anniversary celebrations of Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika in Guwahati, Assam, and inaugurating major infrastructure and industrial development projects worth over ₹18,530 crore on September 14th. The Prime Minister will also be in West Bengal to inaugurate the 16th Combined Commanders’ Conference-2025 in Kolkata, and in Bihar, he will inaugurate the new terminal building of Purnea airport. Further, he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects worth around ₹36,000 crore in Purnea, in addition to launching the National Makhana Board.
