In anticipation of the Diwali and Chhath festivals, the Indian Railways has announced the launch of seven new trains for Bihar. The Minister of Railways, Ashwini Vaishnaw, along with Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, will flag off these trains, including three Amrit Bharat Express trains, via video conferencing from Patna. These new trains are expected to facilitate easier travel from Bihar to Delhi, Hyderabad, and Rajasthan. The initiative aims to provide convenient travel options for the general public, offering significant relief to residents of Bihar ahead of the festive season. The introduction of these trains is set to simplify travel for people in the region. Bihar now has access to a total of 13 Amrit Bharat Express trains.
