JD(U) spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan Prasad has strongly criticized the Congress party after Enforcement Directorate officers were attacked in Kerala. He labeled the episode a glaring administrative breakdown under the UDF government. Prasad argued that such incidents reflect poorly on any ruling dispensation that claims to uphold constitutional values. He insisted that those who orchestrated the violence and the officials who failed to prevent it must face exemplary punishment. Turning to the controversial kirtan video shot inside the Taj Mahal, he warned that such acts damage India’s global image. He urged the ASI to conduct a serious probe into how the incident occurred, calling it a breach of national pride and a lapse in security.
