Gupta reiterated that government facilities must operate like clockwork for the common man. Turning to pre-monsoon readiness, instructions included mapping vulnerable spots, desilting drains, chopping risky trees, and accelerating PNG installations. These steps aim to avert monsoon mishaps and enhance urban resilience. To boost public engagement, officials must post progress on social platforms regularly.
