RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat launched the ‘Sangh Geet’ album on Sunday. At the launch event in Nagpur, Bhagwat dedicated the songs to the motherland. He stated that the Sangh Geet are a product of devotion to the motherland and the dedication of life, emerging from the vibrant experiences of volunteers. The album features a collection of RSS songs. The ‘Sangh Geet’ album includes 25 songs sung by Shankar Mahadevan, who performed 10 of them during the event. Bhagwat mentioned that the RSS possesses songs in every Indian language, totaling around 25,000 to 30,000. The essence of these songs lies in the spirit of dedication, and it is often challenging to find the names of the composers.
Also in attendance were Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Gadkari described the launch of the Sangh Geet as a historic event, saying the songs would inspire patriotism. Fadnavis noted that each Sangh Geet is highly inspiring and imparts valuable lessons on how to live life.
