JooLi Urges Support for Honest Cow Shelters, Crackdown on Fraudsters
Tikaram JooLi, a senior opposition figure in Rajasthan, called for a two‑pronged approach to the ongoing cow‑grant controversy. He advocated for immediate financial assistance to shelters that operate with integrity, stressing that these establishments play a vital role in animal welfare and rural economies.
Simultaneously, JooLi demanded a rigorous investigation into alleged fraud, warning that continued misuse of public money undermines trust in government programmes. He proposed setting up an independent monitoring committee to audit grant disbursements and to flag irregularities.
“The state must differentiate between those who are genuinely helping cows and those exploiting the system,” JooLi asserted. “Only then can we restore confidence and ensure resources reach the intended beneficiaries.”
His call for decisive action aligns with broader opposition demands for transparency across all welfare schemes in the state.
