NDA candidate CP Radhakrishnan will file his nomination today for the Vice Presidential election. The nomination will take place at the Rajya Sabha Secretariat at 11 am. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with several senior ministers, all NDA leaders, and MPs will be present. Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah will introduce the 130th Constitutional Amendment Bill 2025 in the Lok Sabha today. This bill will also include the Union Territory Government Amendment Bill and the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Amendment Bill. Additionally, the Delhi High Court may deliver its verdict today on a petition by Delhi University, challenging the CIC’s order to disclose information regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s graduation degree. Justice Sachin Datta is expected to pronounce the order around 2:30 pm. Furthermore, the India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert, warning of heavy rainfall in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, and Palghar districts of Maharashtra.
