President Droupadi Murmu will administer the oath of office to newly elected Vice President CP Radhakrishnan today, Friday. Officials have confirmed that Radhakrishnan, the former Governor of Maharashtra, will take the oath at a ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhavan at 10 am. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Mauritius, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, is scheduled to visit Ayodhya today. This follows the visit of Bhutan’s Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, to Ayodhya last Friday. Reports indicate that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will welcome PM Ramgoolam. Ramgoolam is expected to arrive at Ayodhya Airport from Varanasi at 11 am and depart for Dehradun at 12:30 pm. In other news, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address an international conference on India’s manuscript heritage and launch the Gyan Bharatam portal.
