In a distressing event in Uttar Pradesh’s Nagarchauri village, a family was targeted in a knife attack on Sunday evening, resulting in one fatality and two critical injuries. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Mishrauliya police station area. Ramkala, aged 45, died at the scene. His wife and daughter sustained severe wounds.
Law enforcement authorities are actively seeking to apprehend the assailant and any other individuals involved in the crime. A formal case has been registered, and an investigation is underway. According to officials, Mukesh is the individual accused of stabbing the three family members. The injured mother and daughter were promptly transported to a hospital via ambulance. The father, Ramkala, was declared dead at the scene. The family’s statement led to the registration of an FIR, and efforts are ongoing to capture Mukesh and others linked to the incident.
In a separate occurrence in Greater Noida, a woman was allegedly murdered by her husband, who set her ablaze over dowry demands. The incident transpired on August 21 in Sirsa village, Greater Noida. Graphic footage captured the woman on fire as she descended stairs, having been brutally assaulted by her husband and in-laws.
The deceased, Nikki, married Vipin in 2016. Nikki’s sister, Kanchan, who is married into the same family, filed a police complaint against her in-laws, alleging they beat her sister and subjected both of them to torture for a dowry of Rs 36 lakh just six months after Nikki’s marriage.
