Over 25,000 permanent government jobs have been filled through the Public Service Commission, the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, and the Medical Services Selection Commission. Further recruitment processes are ongoing through the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and the Subordinate Services Selection Board, with more permanent positions expected. The government also launched the Chief Minister Skill Development and Global Employment Scheme on November 9, 2022, offering training in hospitality, nursing, and automobile sectors to facilitate employment in Germany and Japan. So far, 154 youth have been trained, and 37 have already secured jobs in Japan. Furthermore, in 2024, the Dhami government implemented a strict anti-cheating law, effectively curbing exam paper leaks. Over 100 individuals involved in paper leaks have been incarcerated.
