Senior BJP leader Vijay Kumar Malhotra passed away on Tuesday morning at AIIMS Delhi. The Delhi BJP confirmed the news, offering condolences on the death of the 94-year-old. Malhotra held the distinction of being the first president of the BJP’s Delhi unit.
