Adani Legal Victory: Indian Leaders React to DOJ Ruling

The U.S. Department of Justice has officially dropped its criminal case against the Adani Group, marking the end of a high-profile investigation that had raised questions about international business practices. Reactions from influential figures in the Indian-American community have been swift and largely favorable. Former Biden White House advisor Ajay Jain Bhutoria stated that the prosecution could not meet the burden of proof required to continue the case. He stressed that judicial decisions must rest on evidence rather than assumptions, adding that the matter was handled through proper legal channels.
