Violation of ICC rules?
According to the ICC rules, the host country is mandatory for all countries to participate in the tournament. But the Indian flag was not seen at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and National Stadium in Karachi. In such a situation, it is being said that the PCB has blown the rules.
