Coach Bhanot’s guidance propels Vithya to Asian Games podium

During the relay final, Vithya Ramraj credited her coach, Bhanot Sir, for keeping her focused amid the intense competition. "Last Asian Games I ran without my coach beside me. This time his instructions gave me confidence. I only saw his face, not the other teams, and that helped me give my all," she told IANS.

When asked about a stumble midway through her leg, Vithya said she followed the coach’s simple advice: “run your leg, get the baton, finish the race.” The clear communication allowed her to concentrate on her split and contribute to the team’s silver‑medal finish.
