Elavenil, Sonam Lead India to Second‑Place Finish in 10m Air Rifle Team Shoot

Elavenil Valarivan, Sonam Maskar and Vitharsa Kochumkal represented India in the 10‑metre air‑rifle team event and together amassed 1,897 points. Their effort secured the silver medal, trailing China’s world‑record score and edging out Japan by a narrow margin. Both Elavenil and Sonam also qualified for the individual final, joining the top‑12 shooters.
