Gopal’s all‑round performance fuels Karnataka’s comeback after Kerala stint

After representing Kerala earlier in 2024, Gopal returned to Karnataka with renewed vigor. In the previous Ranji Trophy season he claimed 48 wickets, ranking third among bowlers, and also scored five half‑centuries. He described his batting as natural, having grown up as a batsman, but admitted that his bowling required far more dedicated effort.
