Mexico's Matias Grande shines but Warriors fall short in final shoot‑off

The match progressed to a tense shoot‑off after the third set concluded with a 77‑77 deadlock. Both teams swapped archers; Raj Kaur was replaced by Andrea Bessera for the Warriors. Devtale and Verma opened the frame with perfect X‑ring tens, while Gibson and Bessera mirrored the effort. In the closing moments, time pressure forced Gajoj and Grande to release early. Grande needed a ten to force a draw and delivered, resulting in a spectacular 77‑77 set. The Royals, however, capitalised on their final arrow, with Gajoj posting another X‑ring ten, while Grande could only muster an eight, sealing the Royals’ win.
