MLS: Inter Miami and Cincinnati Share Points in 2-2 Draw

Miami, October 29: Inter Miami CF and FC Cincinnati shared the points after a 2-2 draw in an MLS regular season game.

Suarez and Rikelme Filipe were on target for Inter Miami. Filipe's goal was the first he had scored for the club.

After a competitive first half, Inter Miami went ahead early in the second half. Suarez found the net in the 61st minute, when Casemiro's pass from the left of the box set him up. The Uruguayan veteran striker took a touch to control the ball and then drilled a curling right-footed shot into the top right corner.

The goal lifted Suarez to 16 regular season goals. For Casemiro, it was his first assist since arriving at the club this season.

Cincinnati equalised in the 80th minute and then took the lead in the 86th minute. Filipe, introduced from the bench in the 83rd minute, levelled the match in the 90th minute.

De Paul provided the chance from the left, and Filipe cut in past a defender before finishing low into the bottom right corner of the goal.

De Paul's pass was his 16th assist of the regular season, the most by any Inter Miami player in the league campaign.

Inter Miami's record this season stands at 15 wins, six defeats and 11 draws, which gives them 56 points and third place in the Eastern Conference table.

They have also been the top scoring team in MLS this season, netting 75 times in 32 regular season matches, seven more than the second-placed side.

Inter Miami will return to action on Sunday, when they play the New England Revolution at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
