The BCCI’s latest recruitment drive targets individuals with prior playing experience and a mandatory cooling‑off period after retirement. Applicants must have featured in at least 25 first‑class games and must have been out of professional cricket for a minimum of five years. Those who have already completed a five‑year tenure on any BCCI committee will be ineligible. Short‑listed candidates will undergo a screening stage followed by personal interviews before final selection.
