In the rain‑interrupted DPL 2026 fixture, the Outer Delhi Warriors edged past the New Delhi Tigers in a tightly contested match that was decided by a Super Over.

The Tigers opened the scoring with a solid 156‑run total, losing five wickets. Tanju Panwar contributed 13 runs before being dismissed, and a brief partnership involving Shivam Gupta added only 14 runs before the second wicket fell at 37. A weather delay forced a pause, after which the Tigers recovered with a 101‑run partnership between captain Himmit Singh (61) and Lakshya (62*), taking the score to 138 for three.
