A major setback has befallen the Pakistani team just before the Asia Cup 2025 final against India. Adding to the team’s woes of poor batting performance, a key batsman has been injured. During a practice session a day before the match, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Haris was hurt and was seen in serious pain. This has increased the tension for the Pakistani team as they do not have a suitable wicketkeeper replacement. The Asia Cup 2025 final between India and Pakistan is scheduled to be played on Sunday, September 28, at the Dubai International Stadium. However, an incident occurred during the Pakistani team’s practice session on Saturday. While batting in the nets, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Haris was struck hard in the lower abdomen by a ball from fast bowler Mohammad Wasim Jr. Haris was seen writhing in pain immediately after being hit and lay on the field.
