Safety Incident During Promotional Shoot Sidelines New Zealand Bowler

During a promotional activity in Auckland, New Zealand's rising star Rachin Ravindra attempted a high‑risk catch and ended up with his right shoulder out of alignment. The incident occurred on a safety mat, but the impact was enough to cause immediate discomfort and subsequent medical assessment.

Performance manager Mike Sandal expressed sympathy for Ravindra, stating that all parties had previously agreed on safety measures. "This was an unexpected event, and we will continue to audit our processes for such activations," he said.
