Sports Ministry to Embed IT Experts in Federations Ahead of 2030 Games

In a significant administrative reform, the Sports Ministry is set to station IT consultants in all National Sports Federations. The decision forms part of the National Sports Digital Ecosystem project and targets smoother governance ahead of the 2030 Commonwealth Games. Each federation will receive technical support for managing athlete records, uploading competition results, and coordinating with the Sports Authority of India.
