Ultimate Championship to Showcase Balanced Male and Female Events

Kope introduced the new Ultimate Championship, scheduled for 11‑13 September in Budapest, as a compact three‑day event that will feature 16 track and field disciplines plus two relays, including a mixed 4x100 m race. With a prize pool of $10 million and $150,000 for each event winner, the format aims to deliver high‑profile competition while ensuring gender balance and a limited number of athletes. Kope said the event is designed to complement, not replace, the World Championships.
