Cricket superstar Virat Kohli has officially transferred the General Power of Attorney (GPA) for his opulent Gurugram residence to his elder brother, Vikas Kohli. This significant property, situated in the prestigious DLF City Phase-1, is valued at approximately Rs 80 crore. The move, reportedly for logistical convenience, allows Vikas to manage the property in Virat’s stead. Kohli, who resides in London with his family, aims to streamline any administrative or legal necessities pertaining to his Indian assets. The execution of the GPA was a personal affair, with Virat signing the necessary documents at the Wazirabad Tehsil office in Gurugram.
