Under this, today by the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Gurur, Rameshchandra Nayak of Financial Company Sunsine Hitech Infracon Limited and another one on land number 391/1 Rakwa 0.62 hectare immovable property located in Patwari Halka No. 29 in village Balodghan of Gurur tehsil. It is worth mentioning that the advertisement was also published in the newspapers to take the auction proceedings of the said land. After the publication of the newsletter, till the stipulated time, a total of 46 people’s application form, demand dup, affidavit, Aadhar card, photocopy of PAN card, income tax report for three years were presented. Tehsildar Gurur informed that on 07 November, during the auction of immovable property of financial company Sunsine Hitech Infracon Limited, out of total 46 applicants in village Balodghan, 43 applicants were present and 03 applicants remained absent. Auction proceedings were conducted on the spot in the presence of all these people. In which the final bid was made by the highest bidder Shri Pawan Kumar Sinha for a total amount of Rs.
