Virendra Gahwai, Bilaspur. The difficulties of the BJP mayor candidate have started increasing in the judiciary. The case of OBC caste certificate of BJP mayor candidate L Padmaja alias Pooja Vidhani from Municipal Corporation Bilaspur has reached the High Court. Bahujan Samaj Party mayor candidate Akash Maurya has applied for immediate hearing in the High Court. The High Court Registry has registered the application.
In the petition submitted through advocate Lavkush Sahu regarding the matter, it has been said that BSP candidate Akash Maurya has filed a petition against the RO not giving documents of caste certificate of BJP Mayor L Padmaja Vidhani. Documents have been demanded by filing the case of an argenting heating. The case can be heard today due to the implementation of an outstanding hearing.
Explain that since the declaration of Pooja Vidhani as BJP candidate and nomination filed, the Congress has questioned the caste certificate. The Congress had said that his caste certificate in this matter was not valid in Chhattisgarh, describing his caste certificate as Andhra Pradesh. An objection was raised before the Election Commission in this regard. The Election Commission has canceled the objection. At the same time, the BJP’s mayor candidate has told the caste certificate of his OBC to be made in 1995. In such a situation, even after the election, the issue of caste certificate is less likely to end.
