CG News: Pratik Chauhan. Raipur. A tender of about Rs 450 crore has been issued for the services of Dial 112 in Chhattisgarh. Its L-1 has been awarded to M/s Ziqita Healthcare Limited. The said company has also submitted certificates of experience of working in many states for this tender of Dial 112 in Chhattisgarh. On the basis of that, the Chhattisgarh Police Department qualified the said company for the tender.
But now, regarding the experience certificate of the NHM department of Jharkhand, which the said company has given to the police department, the same department has given information in the RTI and said that it was not issued by them.
The department has also given a copy of the register dated January 5, 2024 along with the RTI documents, in which there is no mention of the issuance of the said experience certificate.
Lalluram.com also spoke to the officials of M/s Ziqita Healthcare Limited in this matter. Naresh Jain of the company admitted in a conversation with Lalluram that the experience certificate he has given to the Chhattisgarh Police Department does not have any seal of Jharkhand’s NHM.
He also said that the said experience certificate was given to him [email protected] This mail has been received from NHM of NRHM. He has also forwarded this mail to the reporter of Lalluram.com. But the surprising thing is that the experience certificate does not have the signature of MD NRHM, it has the signature of the alleged cell in-charge Dr. D Saxena. Whereas the mail has been sent from the email ID of MD.
It is also worth noting that this email was sent at 7:17 pm. Now it is a matter of investigation for Chhattisgarh Police and Jharkhand NHM as to how much truth is there in the said experience certificate.
Sources also say that whenever any experience certificate is issued by any department, it is issued to the authorized email ID of the company, which is given at the time of taking the tender. But the above email has been sent to Sumeet Basu, a staff of M/s Ziqita Healthcare Limited company. In this connection, the officials of the police department were contacted to get their side. But they could not be contacted.
