According to the information received, former minister Mo Akbar had made Rajkumar Tiwari the city block president near the assembly elections and had given him a big responsibility in the elections. In the assembly elections, the Congress candidate had to face defeat by more than 39 thousand votes. Since then, the phase of resignation has started among Congressmen. Congress Party is celebrating its 139th Foundation Day. Meanwhile, city block president Rajkumar Tiwari has resigned. Due to which the workers look disappointed. Recently, Municipality President Rishi Sharma had resigned from his post, taking responsibility for the defeat.
City Block President Rajkumar Tiwari said that before the assembly elections, the Congress Party and the former Minister had given the big responsibility of the City President in the Congress Party and given the responsibility of campaigning in the elections. But Congress candidate Mohd Akbar has suffered a crushing defeat in the Kawardha assembly elections. Taking responsibility for this, he has submitted his resignation from his post as a moral matter to the District President of Congress Party, Horiram Sahu.
