The lives of Shri Madkam Deva, Shri Manasai Shri Charan Dhruv and Shri Dhansingh living in the Scheduled Areas have now changed. These youths have fulfilled their dream by taking advantage of the schemes of Chhattisgarh government being run for employment. Naxal affected district like Sukma where such youths and girls of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Minorities, who for some reason left their studies after getting education till 12th standard. For such youth, schemes like tractor trolley scheme, goods career scheme, small development scheme, women empowerment scheme, Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Swavalamban scheme etc. Under the Scheduled Tribe Goods Career Scheme run by the Department of Entrepreneur, Shri Madkam Deva, a beneficiary of Tehsil Konta village Chichorguda got a loan of Rs. 3 lakh 82 thousand three hundred and seventy five. Shri Deva told that earlier he used to drive other’s vehicle. He is running a Goods Carrier after getting loan from the Department of Entrepreneur, District Sukma. Due to this, they get an income of 14 to 15 thousand rupees per month. Similarly, a loan of Rs.6 lakh 89 thousand was provided to Mr. Dhansingh Baghel, resident of village Ganjenar in Chhindgarh tehsil, for tractor trolley business under the Scheduled Tribe Tractor Trolley Scheme run by the department. Dhansingh is operating it by purchasing tractor-trolley from the loan received. Due to this, they get an income of 30 to 35 thousand in every month. Shri Mansai, a resident of Binovapara Tehsil Chhindgarh, has been appointed as Scheduled Tribe Officer by the department. Under the Shaheed Veernarayan Singh Swavalamban Yojana, a loan of one lakh fifty thousand rupees was received for the grocery shop business. With the help of this, they get an income of 5 to 6 thousand every month from the grocery shop operated. Scheduled Tribes Under the small business plan, a loan assistance of Rs. 3 lakh has been provided to Mr. Charan Dhruv, a resident of village Permaras of Chhindgarh tehsil of the district, for photo studio and stationery. He was doing photography work in some other shop before getting loan assistance from the office of the tycoon. After getting the loan, he set up his own photo studio and stationery shop. This gives them an income of up to Rs 15,000 per month. Under Sukma district, District Antyavasayee Co-operative Society, Maryadit, selected 15 beneficiaries under various schemes and distributed loan amount of 40 lakh 34 thousand rupees in the financial year 2018-19. On the other hand, in the year 2019-20 by selecting 12 beneficiaries, 34 lakh 34 thousand and in the financial year 2020-21, 12 beneficiaries have been selected and benefited by distributing grant loan amount of 46 lakh 34 thousand.
