Collector Shri P.S. ELMA, while reviewing the pending cases and applications in various departments department wise by taking weekly time-limit meeting today, directed the concerned officers to dispose of them at the earliest. During this, he directed the officers of food and related departments to make all necessary arrangements in the procurement centers and to ensure the availability of infrastructure for the procurement of paddy starting from November 1. In the meeting held in the Collectorate meeting from 11.00 am today, the Collector said that all 96 paddy procurement centers located in the district should be verified expeditiously. Also, keeping in view the mood of the weather, instructions were given to the Food Officer to take necessary measures like availability of sufficient number of tarpaulins and other protective measures to avoid rain and storm. Apart from this, the nodal officers were asked to ensure training, availability of gunny bags, hygrometer, stacking facility, arrangement of drinking water, lighting etc. with platform before November 1. He instructed to submit the report through the nodal officer after verifying the availability of all these infrastructure. The Collector directed to get the information of the officers and employees who came to the district after being transferred to the meeting and went from the district to all the departments. During this, the Chief Medical and Health Officer informed that the registration of about 76 percent people in the district has been completed under Ayushman Yojana and in the coming time this work will be completed 100 percent. In the meeting, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Mrs. Priyanka Mahobia informed that a one-day Rajyotsava would be organized on November 1 to mark the State Foundation Day.
