Today, under the chairmanship of Collector Mr. Vineet Nandanwar, the deadline meeting was held in the Dankani meeting room of the District Joint Office. On this occasion, Collector Mr. Nandanwar reviewed the construction works under various departments operating in the district one by one and directed the officers to take action against those contractors who are not working on time. He also asked about the preparations for the board exams starting from next month and asked to make all the preparations ahead of time. Collector Mr. Nandanwar while reviewing the works conducted under Jal Jeevan Mission in the district, asked about the availability of running water in schools and Anganwadi centers and directed that pure drinking water should be made available in all schools, Anganwadi centers, gram panchayats, health centers in the district. The Collector also reviewed the ongoing campaign to make the district plastic-free and asked the officers to ensure that the concerned departments take continuous action for this, so that people become aware and reduce the use of non-standard plastic. The Collector directed all the drawing and disbursing officers of the district to ensure that the NPS and OPS certificates of their subordinate employees are filled within the stipulated time. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed the distribution of Kisan Credit Card and Vandhikar Patra in the district and directed the officers to benefit the eligible beneficiaries from this scheme. He took information about paddy lifting and DD deposit in the district from the Food Department official. The collector said that in any case the department should make sure to submit the DD on time. This responsibility will be of the Food Officer. In the meeting, the Collector did a thorough review of the pending cases from all the departments within the time limit. He reviewed in turn the pending cases of Health, Education, Women and Child Development Department, CREDA, Public Works and other departments within the time limit and gave necessary instructions to the officers.
