Forest, Transport, Housing, Environment, Law, Legislative and Climate Change Minister and Kawardha MLA Mr. Mohammad Akbar performed virtual bhoomipujan for ward no. 26 of Kawardha city with the sanctioned amount of Rs. 2 lakh for the construction of a platform. Shri Akbar inquired one-to-one with the councilors and Ward 26’s Shri Ashwani Kaushik, Shri Juthel Sahu, Shri Suraj Kaushik, Shri Gopi Koshik, Shri Deepak Burman, Shri Lalla Sahu and inquired about their well being. Minister Shri Akbar also listened to the problems of the ward residents and also directed the Municipal President to make efforts for concrete solutions to the problems of the people of the ward. Ward residents put forth their demand for construction of Anganwadi buildings in Ward No. 25 and 26, on which Minister Shri Akbar assured to build Anganwadi building soon. Addressing the gathering, Shri Akbar said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh Government is making tireless efforts in the direction of social upliftment and interests of all sections. He said that the Government of Chhattisgarh is trying to give benefits by making schemes and programs for the economic upliftment of the villages, poor, farmers, forest dwellers to youth and women groups. We are making strenuous efforts towards the welfare of all the society and its social upliftment in the state and in the same way we will continue to work for the progress of the society.
