Let us tell you that last Thursday, Mukesh Sahu, a resident of Lormi, had reached Manoj Sweets at Mungeli Naka to buy sweets to celebrate the birth of his newborn daughter. He bought two types of sweets, half a kilo each, for Rs 500 from the shop. He fed the sweets to two relatives who had come to see the newborn girl in the hospital. Five minutes later, they started vomiting. After which he reached the hotel with the sweets, but the shopkeeper first refused, then blamed his employee for everything. At the same time, the victim Mukesh had made a video of the entire incident and the moldy sweets kept in the tray. In the video made by the victim, it can be seen that the mold is clearly visible on the sweets kept in the tray.
After this incident, the Food Department has raided Manoj Sweets today. The Food Department team has taken samples of sweets. Further action will be taken in the matter on the basis of the sample investigation report.
