Raipur Police has been honored for disclosing the alleged fake diary case of School Education Department within 48 hours. School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam has appreciated the entire team including the SP of Raipur Police. Minister Dr. Tekam reached the Police Control Room located at Civil Lines today and congratulated the police team which busted the fake diary case and encouraged them. He also gave a cash amount of one lakh rupees on his behalf to the police team which promptly cracked the case. Minister Dr. Tekam also honored the officers and employees of the police team from Raipur SP by providing mementoes on this occasion. Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Shri Prashant Agarwal was also present on the occasion. It is worth mentioning that in the Rakhi police station of Raipur district, a complaint was made about preparing and disseminating fake complaint letters with the aim of tarnishing the image of some officers of the education department and the government in a planned manner. On this the police had registered an offense under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Police reached the criminals while investigating within 48 hours of the crime being registered. In this case, two other accused Sanjay Singh Thakur and Kapil Kumar Devdas have been arrested along with former District Education Officer Gendaram Chandrakar.
