With the benefit of the available irrigation facility, the forest dwellers under the Amravati region have been strengthened as well as the Karandi Forest Management Committee. In this 12 nos loose boulder, 17 nos brushwood check dam, 01 nos underground dike, 19 nos gabion structure, 13 nos water hole, 03 nos pond deepening, 01 nos gully plug, 01 nos SCT and 04 nos 30×40 model has been constructed, Due to which about 3,000 hectares of forest area has been treated out of total water storage storage area of 11 thousand 974 hectares in Kavra Nala of about 10 km length.
