Chhattisgarh Pride Day was celebrated enthusiastically across the district on the occasion of completion of 4 years of state rule. On the occasion of Chhattisgarh Pride Day, all the gauthans, primary cooperative societies, paddy procurement centers, tendupatta collection centers, forest produce management committees, wards in urban areas of the district were resplendent. On December 17, the program was also organized in the bank and other places. A large number of farmers, chairman and members of Gauthan Samiti, animal herders, landless laborers, people’s representatives, members of local bodies, local residents including members of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club participated in the programme. On the occasion of Chhattisgarh Pride Day, Chairman of Other Backward Classes Authority Mr. Daleshwar Sahu participated in the program organized at Dongargarh. Gaurav Diwas was celebrated at the paddy procurement center in village Bagrekasa of Dongargarh development block and information about the schemes of the government was given. During this, information regarding the purchase of paddy was taken from the farmers. District Panchayat Member Smt. Chandravanshi, District Member Smt. Chandravashi, Sarpanch, Secretary, Panch Kisan and dignitaries were present in the programme. Nodal Officer Mr. NS Rawate, District Women Child Development Officer, Child Protection Rights, Supervisor, Anganwadi worker, Rural were present. In Gram Panchayat Motipur, the check was distributed by district member, village sarpanch, village Patel. In Gram Panchayat Jangalpur, on the occasion of Chhattisgarh Pride Day, 7 e-rickshaws, 5 Divyang Sahayata and grant of Rs 7 lakh under Noni Empowerment Scheme and Rs 6 lakh were distributed through check in 15 Gram Panchayats. The message of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel was listened to on the occasion of Chhattisgarh Gaurav Diwas in Gauthan of village Ban Navagaon. Information about departmental plans and achievements of all departments was provided. District members, sarpanch, panch and villagers were present in the programme. Pride Day was celebrated in the presence of Sarpanch and villagers in village Botepar. The general public was informed about the public welfare schemes of the government.Continue Reading
