Under the National Blindness Control Program, the closing ceremony of the Children’s Eye Protection Week program was held at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Basdei in the chief hospitality of Honorable Paras Nath Rajwade Bhatgaon MLA and Parliamentary Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh and Chief Medical and Health Officer of the district, Dr. R. s. Under the chairmanship of Dr. Singh, special guest block medical officer Dr. Prashant Singh and Assistant Nodal Officer Blindness Mukesh Rajwada Vidyalaya’s foster representative were organized in the dignified presence of Alok Sahu. Various cultural programs were presented by the school children in the program and CMHO highlighted the information, prevention and health education of various eye diseases. Wishing the children a bright future, the Parliamentary Secretary talked about repairing the school and talking to the government to take initiative for building a waiting hall for the students coming to the school.
