Under the guidance of Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla, special efforts are being made to enable the youth of the district, to connect them with employment and self-employment. To connect the youth with employment and self-employment, arrangements were made for employment-oriented training in the Livelihood College. Keeping in view the available resources and employment possibilities in the district, registration is being done by setting up placement camps in all development blocks and selected youths are being trained in various courses and jobs are being made available in private companies. Youths are also getting employment after training for skill upgradation. Parliamentary Secretary and local MLA Shishupal Shorey today handed over job appointment letters to 21 youths in various private companies and wished them all the best for their bright future. Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla, while advising the youth trained in Livelihood College Kanker, said that along with the job, they should also study further, so that they can get an opportunity to go for a higher position. He also told the youth to always have positive thinking, which will lead to success in moving forward. While advising all the selected youths to work with dedication, he also gave his best wishes.
