The officers of the School Education Department have been directed to conduct surprise inspection and monitoring of educational institutions from 16 June to 15 July 2022 and submit the inspection report within the stipulated time frame. In this regard, the State level officers have been entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring and monitoring the educational institutions of the district by the School Education Department. All the Divisional Joint Directors, Subordinate Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors of the School Education Department have been directed to conduct surprise inspections of at least 10-10 schools (Higher Secondary, High School, Middle and Primary) in the districts under their jurisdiction. All District Education Officers and Subordinate Assistant Directors, District Project Coordinator of Samagra Shiksha, Principal Diet will conduct surprise inspection of minimum 10-10 schools. Similarly, all Block Education Officers, Block Resource Coordinators, Assistant Block Education Officers will also conduct surprise inspections of at least 10-10 schools (middle and primary schools) under their jurisdiction. All the principals, cluster coordinators of Higher Secondary School will conduct surprise inspection of at least 5-5 middle and primary schools in their respective complexes. To resolve the problems found during the inspection, all the inspecting officers coordinated with the Director Public Instruction Directorate, Managing Director Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Director SCERT, Managing Director Handloom Union, Divisional Joint Director, District Education Officer and Block Education Officer etc. Ensuring the implementation of the plans. After the completion of inspection work by the field officers under them, all the District Education Officers will review and make a brief report with their clear opinion and make available to the Divisional Joint Director by July 25, 2022 for necessary action. State level officers will compulsorily submit the brief report along with their opinion to the directorate of public education by July 30, 2022.
