The Chief Information Commissioner Mr. Raut presented the annual report of the Commission to the Governor

The Chief Information Commissioner of Chhattisgarh State Information Commission at Raj Bhavan from Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike, Shri M.K. Raut met courtesy Chhattisgarh State Information Commission Annual Report-2019.
Chief Information Commissioner Shri Raut informed that in the Annual Report -2019 of Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, the information received from all the districts of the state under the Right to Information Act 2005 and informed about their disposal. At the time of hearing in the appeal cases by the Commission, the Public Information Officer and the appellant are called with the records on the due date by giving notice to the Public Information Officer and both parties are given ample opportunity to present their arguments. He informed that the Chhattisgarh State Information Commission has heard the second appeal and complaints in a timely manner.
