The positive results of the rationalization campaign being run across the state by the Chhattisgarh government to improve the quality of education and ensure the availability of teachers in schools are now clearly visible. This campaign, implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, has ignited new hope in the field of education, especially in the tribal-dominated and remote rural areas.
Two such primary schools of Pharsabhar development block, Raigarmunda and Mundadih, which were without teachers for years, now have 2-2 regular teachers posted under the rationalization process. The Raigarmunda school, which is located in the Kunkuri assembly constituency of Chief Minister Shri Sai himself, has completely changed the atmosphere towards education in the village with the appointment of two teachers. Earlier, the school was running only on the basis of teachers according to the system, and the attendance of children was negligible. Now, a new trust has awakened in the parents here and they are coming forward to enroll their children again in the local school.
Similarly, in the primary school of Mundadih, the teaching work was almost stopped due to the absence of teachers for a long time. The villagers were apprehensive that their children’s future might not become dark. But now, with the posting of regular teachers, studies will be able to resume in the school. The president of the school management committee and the villagers warmly welcomed the teachers on their arrival and expressed their gratitude to the government.
Villager Smt. Shanti Chauhan, whose daughter studies in class fifth, emotionally says that now we are sure that our children will also be able to study and become something. Teachers have come, this is a very big gift for us.
On this positive change, Honorable Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that giving the highest priority to education is the commitment of our government. I myself was seeing that many schools were in a teacherless situation, especially in remote areas. Therefore, we implemented the rationalization process with complete transparency. It was ensured that teachers were deployed wherever they were needed. The positive change that is coming in the Pharsabhar area of Jashpur is proof of the success of this policy. This is not just an administrative process, but an effort to shape the future of our children.
Chief Minister Shri Sai also said that the government is trying to make necessary teachers available in all primary and secondary schools of the state by the next academic session. The presence of teachers will now provide regular guidance to the children, the educational activities will get a new dimension and a new wave of awareness towards education has spread in the entire area.
In this way, this initiative of rationalization in villages like Raigarmunda and Mundadih of Jashpur district is not only strengthening education, but also strengthening the base of trust and participation of the government in the rural society. This is a meaningful step in the direction of the Chhattisgarh government’s resolution – “Sab Padhe, Sab Badhe”.
