The news going viral regarding the disappearance of the appointment documents of 1500 officers appointed from the National Health Mission State Office is completely misleading. Presently the personal files of all the officers/employees working in the State Office, National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh are being updated. Some officers/employees in the state office were appointed 10-12 years ago from Directorate of Health Services, Chhattisgarh, whose documents at the time of appointment are currently not available in the state office. Due to this, in future, there is no problem in providing employee welfare schemes like insurance etc. to all these workers, so that everyone’s personal file is being updated. That’s why NHM Only personal documents are being called from some old employees working in the state, which are less in their files. At present, about 200 officers / employees are working in the State Office of the National Health Mission, out of which 43 are missing documents of the old employees. are being called for updating. It may be noted that NHM Service Maintenance of Employees in HRMIS In which the updated information of all the employees is kept, in whose documents some deficiencies have been found, missing documents are being called from the same employees, the complete documents of all the remaining employees are already as per the rules of NH .M. Posted in the office. It is totally wrong that NHM The jobs of all the officers/employees of the office related to appointment from the office are in danger. Documents being called for at present are being called for maintenance of service for the convenience of the employees in future. Like this:Like Loading… Continue Reading
