Under the three-tier Panchayat by-election in the state, the election work has been completed today with the tabulation of by-elections and declaration of results for 745 posts in 28 districts of the state. With this the model code of conduct applicable in the respective constituencies has come to an end. State Election Commissioner Shri Thakur Ram Singh has expressed gratitude to all the officers, employees engaged in the election work for the completion of the election work of three-tier Panchayat Up-Election 2022 in a peaceful, smooth and fair manner. Along with this, he has also expressed gratitude to the media and the voters of the constituency, with whose cooperation the election work was completed successfully. It is noteworthy that in 28 districts, the process for by-elections was done for 631 posts of Panch, 108 of Sarpanch and 6 posts of Janpad member. After the uncontested election on 3 posts of Janpad member, 22 of Sarpanch and 406 posts of Panch, in 21 districts, 52 of Panch, 62 of Sarpanch and 3 posts of Janpad Panchayat member for bye-election on June 28 and counting of votes in a peaceful manner. Was done. Today tabulation and election results were announced in the respective district panchayat offices. Certificates were given to the winning candidates by the concerned Returning Officers. Model Code of Conduct abolished – The Model Code of Conduct was made effective in the respective constituencies to conduct the three-tier Panchayat Up Election 2022 by the State Election Commission. With the declaration of election results on 30th June, the election process has been completed.
