Two crore 55 lakh families have been registered for ration through fair price shops. With the increase in the scope of food security, the confidence of the people in the state government has increased. Under this scheme, 35 kg of food grains have been started again for poor deprived families. At the same time, if there are more than five family members, 7 kg additional food grains are being given per member. Due to this, the concern of the people of poor and deprived families has been removed. The state government has taken a sensitive initiative of adding new families on a continuous basis to provide food security to the people.
