On the second day of the State Level Yogasan Competition cum Yoga Conference, on 26th April, from 6 to 8 am, more than 1000 yoga practitioners performed Surya Namaskar and special yoga together in the garden located on the campus of Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur. While practicing yoga together, he gave a message to all the citizens to be aware of yoga. On this occasion, yoga seekers of Kosrangi Ashram district, Mahasamund, mesmerized the people by performing amazing yoga activities through Malkhamb. Parliamentary Secretary and MLA Raipur West Shri Vikas Upadhyay was present as the chief guest in the program. The program was presided over by Shri Gyanesh Sharma, Chairman, Yoga Commission. It is noteworthy that a three-day yoga conference is being organized in the capital to commemorate the fifth foundation day of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission. About 700 participants attended the Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium on the second day of the conference. The program was also broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube. Praising the yoga competition and conference, Shri Upadhyay said that the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is doing a commendable job of taking yoga to the masses, due to which the inclination of people towards yoga is increasing in the state. Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Chairman Mr. Gyanesh Sharma also did Surya Namaskar and yoga practice with the guests and yoga practitioners and told the general public about the benefits of yoga. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur, Mr. Kesari Lal Verma was present as a special guest. .
