Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took a meeting of high level departmental officers in connection with the successful organization of the State Level Youth Festival to be organized in the capital Raipur from January 12 to 14 at his residence office here this evening. The festival will be organized under the aegis of Sports and Youth Welfare Department, Chhattisgarh. Participants in the age group of 15 to 40 years and above 40 years will participate in the festival. Competitions will be held daily from 9 am to 8.30 pm. Agriculture and Water Resources Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey was also present in the meeting. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said in the meeting that 39 different cultural genres, sports, folk arts and folk literature seminars were included in the three-day state level youth festival to be organized from January 12 to realize the tradition of Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh. Is. This will provide an important and abundant opportunity to nurture and encourage young talent in the state. Chief Minister Shri Baghel gave necessary directions to the officers regarding every necessary arrangement for the successful organization of the Youth Festival. The genres included in the state level youth festival year 2021-22 include Bastariha folk dance, Raut dance, Sua dance, Panthi dance, Karma dance, Sarhul dance, Danda dance, traditional costume, Gedi race, Bumblebee, Fugdi, Folk art (exhibition), Folk Literature (Symposium), Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Folk Dance, Folk Songs, One-One Drama, Food Festival, Debate, Quiz, Painting, Essay, Improvised Speech, Harmonium Playing, Mridangam Playing, Flute Playing, Veena Playing, Sitar Playing, Guitar playing, Tabla playing, Carnatic music, Hindustani Shastri music, Rockbad, Manipuri dance, Bharatanatyam dance, Kuchipudi dance, Kathak dance and Odissi dance are included. In the youth festival, the program will be organized in the Directorate of Sports Complex in the capital Raipur, Hall located in the Directorate of Sports, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium, Government Nagarjuna Science College Auditorium, Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University Auditorium and Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University Sports Complex. Under the Yuva Mahotsav, development block level events have been completed in all the districts of the state till December 5. Similarly, district level events will be conducted in all the districts by December 15. Divisional level youth festivals will be organized in the divisional headquarters from December 20 to 25.
