12 year old friendship, false name and deception
The victim told the police that during the bus trip in 2013, she met the accused, who described himself as a music field named “Aman”. Gradually, the closeness grew and in 2018, when the woman started living alone, the accused made physical relations by pretending to marry.
Open truth as soon as the real identity is revealed
The woman got the Aadhaar card of the accused after some time, which revealed her real name Naushad Ali Khan and the address of Mumbai. When the woman questioned, the accused assaulted, abused casteist abuses and threatened that if you want to get married, you will have to adopt Islam. According to the woman, Naushad also recovered Rs 4-5 lakh by threatening to make her personal photos viral.
Rape again on 31 May, FIR lodged
The victim alleges that on May 31, the accused met at Sarwate bus stand and forcibly entered her flat and raped her. After this, the woman dared to lodge an FIR.

Serious sections registered, police engaged in investigation
In Sadar Bazar police station, a case has been registered against Naushad Ali Khan under sections 69, 308 (2), 296, 115 (2), 351 (3) and section 3/5 of Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act 2021. The police is closely investigating the entire case.
