The workers sitting with their young children and families in the Vidisha Collectorate campus came from different districts of Madhya Pradesh in search of employment. A railway contractor got them done, but when it came to paying the remuneration, he disappeared. In compulsion, these laborers are forced to live under the open sky with their small children and family in cold weather. Despite repeated pleas from the administration, no concrete action has been taken so far. When SDM Shitij Sharma was talked to in this matter, he described it as a matter of railway administration. However, the administration has called the contractor and talked to the workers to get wages soon.
