Adani Airports’ Loyalty Program Hits 5 Million Milestone Quickly

Adani Airports Holdings Limited announced that its consumer app, Adani One, has surpassed the five‑million‑member mark for the Adani Rewards loyalty scheme in just ten months after launch. The program operates across eight airports, including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangalore, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and the newly inaugurated Navi Mumbai airport.

Through the app, passengers can earn reward points on purchases ranging from retail to dining and subsequently redeem them for free meals, lounge access, and other premium services. The platform also supports instant enrolment via mobile number, streamlining the onboarding process.

Digital adoption at airports has accelerated, with seasonal campaigns such as Diwali, Winter Fest, and Summer Carnival driving additional user interaction. Company spokespersons emphasized that the milestone underscores the effectiveness of integrating loyalty benefits with everyday airport spending.

A tiered membership model is slated for introduction later this year, aiming to provide tailored perks for high‑frequency flyers and to broaden the program’s popularity throughout the network that stretches from Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram to Assam’s Guwahati.
